EXCHANGES
Due to the nature of our products, they are not refundable. There are no refunds for any Shef Ebony product or service. If you have an issue with any product or service, please email us at inquiry@shefebony.com
Our exchange policy lasts for 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, regrettably we won’t be able to offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You must contact us to get the return address.
Unfortunately, sale or digital items cannot be returned.
- Digital merchandise include recipes, ebooks, any digital files (pdf’s or any other digital format).
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at inquiry@shefebony.com.
- Merchandise must have all tags, including any hangtags attached.
- We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet our requirements including any signs of wear.
- Shef Ebony diligently inspects all items before shipping; therefore, damaged merchandise is extremely unlikely. Any returned items will be inspected for signs of wear or smoke, and in the event that the item does not match the original condition, the buyer will not receive an exchange
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- Keep the return tracking number for your return package to monitor delivery status. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
